TERMS OF SERVICE — Colorado Foraging Company

1. Acceptance of Terms By booking or participating in any tour, experience, or program offered by Colorado Foraging Company ("CFC"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not book or participate.

2. Nature of Services CFC provides guided outdoor foraging education experiences in Colorado wilderness areas. All experiences are educational in nature. CFC does not guarantee the availability, quantity, or edibility of any specific species on any given tour.

3. Assumption of Risk Outdoor wilderness activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to uneven terrain, wildlife, weather, and physical exertion. By booking, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all such risks. A signed Waiver & Release of Liability is required before participation.

4. Booking & Payment All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Public tour spots are not held without payment. Private, corporate, and overnight experiences require a deposit as agreed during the inquiry process.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details. CFC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any experience due to unsafe weather, poor conditions, or insufficient enrollment, with full refund or reschedule options provided.

6. Conduct Participants must follow all guide instructions at all times. CFC reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior endangers themselves or others, without refund.

7. Photography & Media CFC may photograph or film experiences for educational and marketing purposes. By participating, you grant CFC a non-exclusive license to use your likeness in such materials. Notify us in writing before your tour if you wish to opt out.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, CFC's liability for any claim arising from participation in our experiences is limited to the amount paid for that experience.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
